The Wangaratta Golf Club is set on the grounds of the Historic Waldara Homestead (built in 1886) and situated only 5kms from the Town Centre on the Yarrawonga Road.

The gentle undulating fully watered 18 hole (Par 72) course is set on the banks of the Ovens River and playable all year round.

Wangaratta has the reputation of being the hub and gateway to all of the attractions of the North East Victorian Region. It provides central facilities and accomodation for the regions many culinary and wine festivals, not to mention it's own Jazz and Italian festivals.
